Hi we are staying here for a week from Sunday? anyone stayed here. The only reviews seem to be by french people. Also we plan on hiring a car and driving around. Can anyone recommend some sights worth seeing??

You can visit the old castle of Cap de Pera. Or "S'ermita de Betlem".

I recommend visit near Cap de Pera: Betlem and Es Cap de Formentor. If you want to see beach and coast.

You can visit Sant Salvador and the Castell de Santueri. In Felanitx. If you want Natural and quiet environments.

Find out when the local markets are working. Every day there are "local markets" in differents towns (Cap de Pera, Felanitx, Muro, ···). The famous local market at Sineu is on Wednesday or you can find another on Monday in Manacor, Sunday Felanitx, etc ···.

Have a lunc in "Es Celler de Petra" in Petra.

A good day trip is drive to Palma park the car and go to Soller with old train across the mountains. I recommend you drive Palma-Valldemossa-Deiā-Soller and stop at "Na Foradada".

There are a plenty of options.

Another day I recommend you drive to Sa Colonia de Sant Jordi and take a boat to Cabrera. Cabrera is a National marine Park. It's a good day trip. Ask for information in your Hotel.

In Palma is interesting to see The Bellver Castle and the old City (L'Almudaina, Banys Ārabs, etc ···)

If you want nigth-life adress you to Alcudia or Palma. And of course you can swim everywhere.
