I'm looking for informations about these two hostels (or ohters in TLV), which of them is more comfortable, easier to live in?

Regarding living in those hostels i have no idea since im local
and never tried them.
Hoever, Both are central and in very good location, few minutes
walk from the beach and close to anywhere you'll want to go.
It all depends on what kind of accomodation you like and on
your budget.
Personally and from the above links Sky hostel seem to be more of
my taste although personaly i like small hotels and not hostels.
