Hello,

How does one get from Verona to Riva Del Garda, bus, train or boat?

I believe there's a bus of some sort that goes from Verona to Riva? I also believe one can take a train to the south of the lake and get a boat up to the top of the lake? As much detail as possible would be helpful. Thanks.

This is the link for the bus service from Verona to Riva. The bus leaves from directly outside Verona Port Nuova train station and is your best option.

If I decided to go by boat. Is there a fast ferry I can take from the south side of the lake to the north, i.e. to Riva?

You should get to Peschiera del Garda (there is train connection from Verona) and from there take a boat to Riva del Garda, or any other location on the lake.

Well here is the site with the timetable for Lake Garda ferries, but I don't think it will be any quicker than the bus given that you have to get to Desenzano first.
