I would like to know when it is the best time to travel to India?

Depends which part of India you wanna visit. If you wanna go to the mountains the best season would be june to October, after which snow starts taking over. If you wanna go to Rajasthan then october end / November should be good. Goa/south India, winter months would be the ideal months..December- Jan

It seems you are keen for Agra and best time to visit is between September to November as clomate is mild. You can visit other places also during this period as both temperaye & tropical India is pleasent during this time.

it is nov- jan and june to july will be ideal for south india

Thanks Ganesh, May I know what are the most worthwhile things in three states i.e, TN,Kerala & AP. I can spend 10-15 days for these places easily. Have you got names of some good travel agents.
