We're planning to stay in Cordoba during these days. Is it will be something special in the town- it's difficult to find a budget hotel-apartment!?

November 1st is the Christian All Saints Day but I am not aware of any all weekend event associated with it.
Have you seen this site:- http://english.turismodecordoba.org/index2.cfm?codigo=0200 I hope you find somewhere . It is a wonderful place to visit.

Hi Lena!
I'm from Córdoba, so maybe I can help u a little :-) If you are looking for a hostel you could try these, I've been told they're nice: Hostal Cibeles: 957475139 Hostal Los Ángeles: 957470156 Hostal y apartamentos La Fuente: 957487827 For more hostels check this website: http://www.infohostal.com/guia/cordoba/cordoba/974 There's also a youth hostel (Tlf: 957355040) but it's not that cheap: Prices per person B&B: TARIFA "A" (< 26 y/o) 13,00 € (medium season) 15,00 € (high season) TARIFA "B" (>26 y/o) 17,50 € (medium season) 19,50 € (high season) *They don't have prices for the low season. Personally, I think it would be better for you to go to a hostel. It will cost you the same (or even less) and you'll be more comfortable and have more facilities (but no breakfast though). A double room in a hostel costs approximately from 30 to 40€, which I think is ok, and most of them have an ensuite bathroom and tv, but don't take this for granted because some of them may not have it ;-) Hotels however are usually expensive... The cheapest ones range from 60 to 100 €/night. Anyway, I've no idea about how much you're willing to pay! :-P Here you have some cheap hotels: http://hotels.lastminute.com/hotels/sort.do;jsessi Oh, great! I just found this lovely guide of small hotels too, which is really complete: http://www.turismodecordoba.es/archivos/documentos * The hotels from page 58 on are in villages As regards events... Ranger49 is right: there are no events related to that festivity, it's just a holiday in which people usually go to the cemeteries to clean and put flowers in the tombs of their loved ones, but nothing else :-( Well, the good news is that in many pubs and discos they've started celebrating Halloween, so if you're from England or the US or wherever, you might enjoy that... Well, I hope you find all this useful :-) Enjoy your holiday!!
