hi i would be realy greatfull if anyone could help me.
iam trying to get my mum from narvik to oslo on sat sep 8th as she is flying back to scotland. she had planned to get a flight from narvik but i can only find one flight on that day and it gets her to oslo to late.
i was wondering about trains or busses iam finding it difficult to find any info.

if anyone could help i would be so greatfull.

Maybe a bus to Tromsų and then to fly to Oslo by Norwegian airlines.

Hmm I can't see where you've been searching, as all flights I find are quite early in the day...

As far as I can see, www.sas.no has got one flight on Sept. 8th from Harstad / Narvik (Evenes airport) at 06:55 - arriving in Oslo 08:35, and one at 11:05 - arriving at 12:45.

www.norwegian.no has a flight Harastad / Narvik - Oslo at 14:00 (arriving in Oslo 1540)

By train - 4-5 hour south to Fauske by bus. If take evening train (ca 8-9ish evening) friday to arrive at Gardermoen airport at ca 2-3ish saturday afternoon.
By bus... atleast 23 hours!

Or you can take a plane friday and then sleep over at some f the b&b/hotels that are around Gardermoen airport.
