There is a shuttle bus operating from Orio al Serio Airport(Bergamo)to Central Milan that operates roughly every hour(the journey takes 1 hour).
Outside the Terminal building turn to your right and you will find the Zani ticket ofice. The coost ' one way ' is 7.90 euro. You can find timetables at: www.autostradale.it

This sort of information is almost always found at the airport's website - see http://www.sacbo.it/Editorial/newsCategoryViewProc
You'll see the bus that Dominic referred to as well as another but less frequent option... Bill

the trains and buses round this part of the world are very very punctual so work to the timetable and you will be fine
1 word of caution is to be careful on the trains ,my wife and her mother were both pick pocketed by kids, the kids (romanian according to the police) insist you are sitting in their seats, when you get up to move you purse/wallet goes all in all i feel 99% safe in northern italy compared to the uk ,but keep an eye out for this cheers anthony
