Hi. My name is Ann. I am from Laois Ireland. I am visit England for a few days. I am wondering can i visit the set of either set Corrie Street Eastenders or emmerdale I am a big fan and I never miss them please reply back with any informTION TO ANN23@CAMPUS.IE OR ANY TOURIST ATTRACTION IN LONDON OR MANCHESTER. I can only answer on Emmerdale. You cannot visit the set - it is in the grounds of Harewood House near Leeds or Harrogate but there is a village called Esholt near Bradford which used to be used until they built the dedicated village set a few years ago. If you wander around Harroagte at lunchtime - especially Marks and Spencers - you should see a few Emmerdale stars on their lunch breaks. I saw Emily drawing money from a cash machine there a few weeks ago. I have also seen Jimmy and Laurel in M & S.
I think Eastenders is filmed at Elstree but not open to the public.

I'm afraid the set tours for Coronation Street were closed in some years ago.
