Im catching a train from Avignon to CDG(airport) in Paris. I want to pick up a hotel shuttle there (my hotel is the Holiday Inn Express in Airport row) I figured this would be the easiest way to get to hotel. Does anyone know if there is a train that goes directly from Avignon to the Charles De Gaulle Airport. THX :)

There are many trains between Avignon and CDG, best you go to bahn.de, the site of the German railways (better than the French site) and search for timetables, indicating
From:Avignon TGV To: Aeroport Paris-Charles de Gaulle TGV and the date/time you want to travel. A direct train takes roughly 3 hours for this stretch.

It looks like there might be one train that goes straight through
Avignon TGV to Aeroport Paris-Charles de Gaulle TGV - it leaves at 9:17 and gets in at 12:41 Here is a great site - be sure to choose the Avignon TGV station in Avignon http://plannerint.b-rail.be/

http://plannerint.b-rail.be/ is a nice site, but it is acutally perfectly interchangable with http://reiseauskunft.bahn.de/
Both use the same software and the same database, only the look is different...

Remember that you need to make advance reservations for the TGV.
I've done this trip years ago, when the TGV was still quite new. That was amazing.
