How can I go from Sintra to Azenhas do Mar. Is it worth to go to that village?

Well, if it is worth, depends on your intentions. A lot of the houses in Azenhas were repainted in recent years but there is still a "whole" in the middle, means broken houses. From the viewpoint it is still a nice view on the village, the sea water swimming pool can't be used for years.
If you depend on public transport, I would say not worth. (There is a bus - No 443 - from Sintra Portela (!) station to Fontanelas which stops in Azenhas.)If you have a car and do the tour Sintra - Cabo da Roca - Cascais it is worth doing that little detour. - For lunch or dinner I recommend Restaurant "Nautilus" in Praia das Macas.
