Is english widely spoken in Business circle here in Tirana or how can we get cheap services of englsih translators during our stay in 2nd week of September?
Some students or part time offers...

Hi Neil

English is not exactly widely spoken in Tirana, Italian is however, due to the country receiving Italian television stations. Do however, try to check with the University of Tirana. Have a nice trip!
