Hi all -

This is Nilesh and Janhavi.

We are quite concerned and I want to ask for URGENT HELP regarding our accomodation. Well my MVV has been approved. My wifes visa will come in soon. Our tickets are booked for 15th Sept. on Lufthansa. But we are finding it very difficult to find even a single accomodation option. Our budget is around 800 Euros and I might even add some more if required. Just any accomodation within travelling distance of 'Kromme Nieuwegracht. that is TiasNimbas School at Utrecht' will do. For a couple with a dog.

I am regularly in touch with -

But am unable to find 'any' accomodation.
What do I do? If you know somebody who has an accomodation...
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I would advice to ignore PJ's last two links (sorry Pieter-Jan). These links refer to student rooms.
This couple is looking for a 2 or 3 room apartment and have the budget to match.

The latter ones may indeed only be a temporary option, till you find a place you are really looking for.

maybe you could try Marktplaats:

then type Utrecht

if you find an interesting appartment yu can send an email by clicking: neem contact op met adverteerder

most people understand english so that wnt be a problem.
there are lots of houses for rent but you have t be quick, if you look every day you will find the newest ads
prices are varius between 500 and 1500 per month

Am contacting on all these sites on a daily basis and there are a lot of options. though it takes a lot of time am happy my chances have gone up. Awaiting some replies ... will keep you informed for sure!!
