If I really wanted to go Beirut (which I would like to visit sometime) and there was nothing negative happening at that moment, then I would make plans to go with the anticipation of enjoying the visit. But I would be sure to get cancellation insurance just in case.

The lebanese presidential elections will be held on 25 September 2007 so if you want to come be her befor that date no body knows what would happen
