there are direct trains to Wudangshan from two wuhan train stations: Hankou and Wuchang. Check the schedule through http://www.adventurechinatrip.com/train/
Good luck

Why are you reposting the same question as an answer to yourself?
In case you haven't understood what the poster above said, there's no train station called "Wuhan". The city has a number of train stations, the most useful ones are Wuchang and Hankou. Wuchang -- Wudangshan: K351/K354 (0834--1620) 7h46min T672/T673 (0858--1410) 5h12min Hankou -- Wudangshan: L501 (1000--1804) 8h04min 1004/1005 (1053--1911) 8h18min 1187/1190 (2324--0600) 6h36min L501 is a temporary train which might not be running by the time you travel. T672/T673 is the best choice. Did you want prices for hard seat, hard sleeper or soft sleeper? Oh and BTW it would be easier to read if you could use proper punctuation, thank you very much!
