Hmmm...I was just in Chichi and Atitlan. We had a driver though which could be a way to go...sorry don't know about the shuttles.

i think it's by going to Panajachel Lake Atitlan. A friend told me she did this, went from Chichi to Lake Atitlan, and she mentioned Panajachel.
here's the shuttle link: http://www.sailing-diving-guatemala.com/guatemala-

I can believe that easily Pushi! Often it was difficult in small towns to know that the field out there WAS the bus terminal. Another thing, schedules are iffy. Buses leave when they have enough passengers I think.

haha! I was travelling alone so no reimbursement like that for me! But I remember going to the Bus Station well in advance, to enquire about getting to my next destination. The desk inside rushed me outside, flayed his arms in direction of 10 buses all running their motors. I kept saying "Copan Ruinas?" -- and they all said "YES! Sube Sube!" or something.
Well I had to go get my luggage at the hotel first! They were mad at me for not jumping in, kept saying I was missing the last buses out. I paid a cab to be back faster. Then waited an hour until one bus had enough passengers...

I would check with the parked shuttle buses in Chichi themselves. Look for the driver or the van dispatcher and see if there's a space/seat available in any of them - very likely you'll get one. This is how I went about doing it while in Chichi and heading to Panajachel for Lake Atitlan.
