| Quebec | Quebec City on Sunday... Posted: Sat August 18, 2007 06:13 PM UTC
We are planning a trip to Quebec City this September. We have been several times during the winter carnival, but never in the fall. Are most places open on Sunday? Museums, shopping, etc.???? How about outside the city towards Ste. Anne de Beaupre ???

I can ;o)
Yes, pretty much everything is open here on Sundays. The malls open a bit later (12 noon), but the museums and little shops downtown will be open. Same thing for Ste-Anne-de-Beaupre, though if you're planning a visit to the Basilica you should know that there are masses going on pretty much all day long except in the afternoon. Hope this helps, Quebec City is beautiful in the fall, I wish you a great trip! Isa
