Hi,
Shall be travelling from Ireland to Malta on 15th. September for five nights. Are there ant festivals or events happening during that period? Also shall be taking a once in a lifetime helicopter trip to Gozo and back. Can anyone supply me with some details ie. Is the chopper pad far from the nearest village/town in Gozo and if so are there taxis to it. Thanks for your assistance. Phil Phil |

Sorry to disappoint you Phil, but you are 12 months too late for the helicopter.
it ceased operation last November unfortunately. Regarding Festa's etc, try Gozo.com for all kinds of info. Enjoy your trip.

Also the helicopter is no more instead there is the seaplane which yu can get from Valletta waterfront terminal. It is lovely scenic ride and the price is arounf LM30

Hi, Where do I board for the seaplane trip? Could anyone give me advice regarding the ferry trip to Scicily and the cost. Thanks for your assistance. Phil
