Can any one please tell me whether there is a border crossing at Vylkove for non-Romanians / non-Ukrainians?
I'm planning to cross the border by bicycle, so taking a boat is no problem if there is no bridge. I don't need visa for both countries (I'm dutch). |

Vlkovo is a cool place but no border crossing, the only place it might happen is at Izmail, I went by privately owned boat several years ago to Tulcea. Enjoy!

Right, Vylkove is bordering town but the border itself is going along Danube river, which is quite difficultr to cross by bycicle:)
