I am not quite sure if there is direct bus from Kusadasi to Ephesus ancient site but there are direct buses-dolmus- from Sirince to Ephesus site entrance.During the season its available in every half an hour.

Enjoy your trip :)

As you know Ephesus is a world famous place, thousand of people want to visit Ephesus. For that reason the dolmus take them to the enterence of the antic sity. The distance between Kusadasi and Ephesus is 25 Kms. The price must be not more then 5.00 New Turkish Lira. The bus will be cheaper. There is 24 hours dolmus and bus between Ephesus and Kusadasi. Better ask the question at kusadasi.
Selcuk is the other town 7 kms away from antic City. In Selcuk you can also visit the church and tomb of St. John.

Ephesus is 2 km away from Selcuk ;) as in walkable if the bus you take from Kusadasi don't stop where the road goes up to Ephesus (ca 1 km).

From the main (litle!) bus station in Selcuk there are dolmuses that goes up to (via) Ephesus main entrance. Can't remember what I paied 2 years ago, but it was not much.
