Toulouse Travel Forum

Hi,
I am wondering if there is any way other than train ,to get to Montpellier.My husband could not get a flight to Montpellier,so had to get one to Toulouse.He arrives at Toulouse at 9.55 am Sunday 23rd September and needs to be in Montpellier by 1.30 or so for the rugby.There is a train that leaves for Montpellier at 10.42 but I can't imagine that would be enough time to get out of the airport(coming from gatwick,so international)in time to catch the train.Does any one know of a bus that would get him there?Thanks Roberta

Only solution I can see is a Taxi. It shouldn't cost the earth but with the public transport to/from the airport I can't see him getting to the station in time otherwise. Could always ask around on the plane if someone is interested in sharing the taxi. Toulouse is not busy on Sunday morning so there should be no delays due to traffic. It's a twenty minute ride no more.
