Car boot sales??

I'm moving to Bristol at the end of the month and I love to go to car boot sales.
Anyone know of any in and around Bristol?
I searched on google and only found some in another forum of 2005, bit out of date now.
One mentioned was in Bradley Stoke (where I'm actually moving to), is this still going? Is it any good?
I'm thinking that looking in the local papers once I get there might be the way to go....?

I've looked in today's local paper Emma, but there is nothing in there about car boot sales. There is, however, a great listing of everything that is going on in Bristol including bras, concerts etc. Would you like me to send it to you? If you do, email me your address and I'll get it in the post for you today.

Last I heard, 'Trench Lane' [the Bradley Stoke] car boot sale still existed. It is on Sundays, official start time around 12 (I believe) but many people there by 10. I was there a year ago and it was big and good.

Just to let you all know i went to the Bradley Stoke one on Sunday and it was great!!! I bought lots of stuff, mugs for 10p, vases, a cycle helmet for £1, a few books.
I'm so pleased, can't go cold turkey on my car boots :-)

Would like to know whether the car boot sale at 'Trench Lane' [the Bradley Stoke] still happening on Sundays. Never been to any car boot sale before.

I moved into an unfurnished house recently. Would like to try my luck if it is going on.
