I'm guessing you'd rather not pay? If so, do a search on www.multimap.com and look at the areas of Hotwells and Clifton Wood. You can park on the street here (i.e. no residant only parking). Warning, many streets are steep and/or narrow. You'd then have anything from a 10 to 20 minute walk to the Watershed. If you can claim your parking, then there is an underground carpark right by the Watershed but I'm guessing it would be around £12 a day (it is accessed off Anchor Road).

Best wishes,
Martin

Or you could consider a Park and Ride. Let me know from which direction you'll be coming and I will tell you which one to go for.
