There are quite a few on the shopping streets off Shijo and Kawaramachi Streets. Look for the covered arcades.

They're all over the place, you won't have any problem finding them.

I seem to recall there being one in the shops under Kyoto Tower, across from Kyoto Station. But that was years ago...
