Not as far as I know. The contract for the sand sculpture festival in Zeebrugge (with the Dutch company Inaxi) ended last year, in fact already last year responsibility for the festival then transferred to Brugge, where the same company organises the snow and ice (sculpture) festival. The company that had the contract for the sand sculpture festival in Blankenberge (Sculpta) also went bankrupt early this year. Therefore I believe the only such festival in Belgium this year is at Lommel, and it's on till mid-September, on the theme of Greek mythology.
