I am going to take a cruise leaving out of Valparaiso in November and I will be flying into Santiago. Question is how do I find transportation from the airport to Valparaiso ? Thanks for the help

Easiest way is to ask your cruise line how much their transfer is.
They meet you at baggage claim and take you directly to your ship.

I am also going on a cruise there in November but we are arriving in Valparaiso then coming home from Santiago. It has been my experience that the cruise ship transfers are the best as they are reliable and will get you to the ship on time. The two hour distance between the airport and cruise ship can set you up for problems especially if your taxi breaks down on route. For this you pay a bit more but I have never been disappointed and never lost a bag. Also depending on your arrival time you can sometimes book a tour that picks you up at the airport, you do the tour, then they bring you to the ship. Those are usually tiring but fun as you start meeting people you are travelling with.

Thank you Debbie, I will look into it. We are going to be in town a day early so I was thinking maybe the cruise ship couldn't organize the travel for that day but I am sure they can.

I live on Amelia Island where do you live. Have you taken a cruise like the one I am talking about ?
