Be quick for the Ashton Court Balloon Festival ends at tomorrow Sunday.
The website of the festival:

The easiest would be to take the M4 then M5 South and get off at the A4 Avonmouth turning. Follow the A4 Portway until you get to the flyover at Cumberland Basin. Take the right hand lane up the flyover and the third turning after that off the dual carriage way to the car park for the fiesta. It will be very well signposted at that stage.

A quotation about Ashton Court’s position from Forest of Avon http://www.forestofavon.org.uk/ashtoncourt.html

It certainly is on the west edge of the city, where the A370 from Weston-Super-Mare meets the A4 from Avonmouth in Ashton Court Estate.

I waa driving down the A370 to work yesterday morning and was surrounded by balloons on all sides - it was absolutely amazing!
