we plan to come to riccione 6 sept 2007 and wondered if there are longer coach trips to Venice and Rome ? we only have a week but if possible would like to take in these places albeit fleeting.thanks to anyone with relevant info.

Venice is about two hours away, so a one-day trip can be managed easily. It is better to go there by train, because the train station is rather central in the city and you can walk to Rialto, Piazza San Marco and the most famous places.
