I wanted to organise a surprise for my boyfriend whilst we are on holiday. His birthday is on a Sunday and we are staying in a lovely hotel on the beach front. Any ideas, I've been surfing the net forever and have found no inspiration yet? Please help!

I'm now settling for dinner on beach (hotel organising) and potential boat trip to a village close to Agadir. Any ideas gratefully received though...
If the baot trip doesn't happen, I'll be struggling to figure out something for the day! Cheers for the offer!
