I have been looking thru the CDC web sites, and it looks like to go just to Beijing for a couple of days, the Hepatitis A and B shots are about it, with maybe a booster for general shots.
I prefer not to introduce anything which is not indispensable. I plan to eat mostly cooked vegetables, rice, and tea (ok, I'm paranoid). Bring my Immodium, etc. etc. Are these hepatitis shots really necessary? Nomad |

For only a few days visit, the shots would not be necessary.

No it isn't. It's only a recommendation for all kind of trips.
Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B & Tetanus are the basical vaccines. Nothing else. Salute
