WE'RE THINKING OF HOLIDAYING IN SANTA MARIA IN FEB?
CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT THE WEATHER IS LIKELY TO BE? IS IT HOT ENOUGH FOR THE BEACH AND WARM ENOUGH TO SWIM IN THE SEA. ALSO WE`VE BEEN TOLD IT CAN GET QUITE WINDY AND CHILLY AT NIGHT? THANX. |

it's warm enough to swim all year round in cape verde.
the wind is normally not unpleasant as the temperature is usually quite high.
