As for your wish to spend a night on the 20th of September it is still OK. Get into touch with me and I will provide you with more information.
Thank you.
Sincerely yours Savva Mavroyanidi.

Hello,

yes, the temperature in Kyrgyzstan will be very nice, not too hot in the middle of September. I was there during that time last year and it was only slighty cool, so bring a light jacket if you want. They get some rain there during that time as well, and also some damp fog in the foothills of Tien Shan. The Lake area was very warm, although the water at that time was a little too cold to swim in. As far as the nomads, that is a question I cannot answer. Your best bet is to get with a tour guide/agency who will be able to direct you where you wish to go.

Best Regards
