Last April I hired a local cab from Yerevan and he drove me to every place in the guide book (Yes every place) and then some places that were litarly off the map. We traveled to and through Karabagh as well. I was really shocked when it was time to pay........... Cheap for 14 days of sightseeing. Even with numerous hotel rooms for me and the driver. It was a steal. I have mmories from there I will never forget. Beware the homemade mulbery vodka!!!

Take a taxi.
Its cheap.supposed to be a nice view of Ararat from there.A lot of kids with pigeons there on the parking lot that wants you to lift up a pigeon and let it fly away so that they can charge you for it afterwards. Really beautiful place close to the turkish border.No mountain view for us in april. Only clouds.
