I would like to get an idea about the prices on Zakynthos. How much is a beer for instance? How much is a dinner?

Certainly you must realize that prices vary from restaurant to restaurant and depending on your appetite and if you drink wine with your meals. Expect to pay 1.5-5 euro for a beer and 20-200 euro for a dinner for 2.
