I need to meet a friend at the Central Station in Trieste on a Tuesday afternoon. Neither of us have been there before and we wont have mobiles. I want to know a good spot to meet in the station so we wont miss each other... a restaurant, or shop or something that will leave no room for confusion... any ideas??
Also does anyone know how often the beses run from Trieste to Piran in Slovenia? Thanks. |

The tourist information office as a good place to meet in the train station. There is a bus to Piran about every 4 hours. The bus station is immediately next to the train station.
