Is there train near the port of La Spezia to Florence, Italy? If so how often are the departure times and costs?

There is about 1 km from the port to La Spezia train station according to ViaMichelin http://www.viamichelin.com/viamichelin/gbr/tpl/hme

According to Map24 is there 1.31 km from the bus station to La Spezia Centrale (train station) by foot (fodgænger).
