Has the road to Santa Cruz from Cochabamba re-opened? Is it possible to take the bus from Cochabamba to Santa Cruz? I will not be in Cochabamba until November but would like to know my options on getting from Cochabamba to Santa Cruz.

The road is open right now and no problem in travelling. Now, maybe in November the situation can change but currently, it is OK

When the new road is close they rely on the older road so there is always some way to get between Santa Cruz and Cochabamba- The only thing is that the older route takes a couple hours longer. I'm sure you'll be fine in Nov.
