Saint Lucia Where do I go in mid august
Posted: Sat July 28, 2007 06:20 PM UTC
I am getting married in mid August and would like to know if it will be too rainy in St Lucia. If it will be rainy, is there any other suggestions for all inclusive resorts?.

It woll be the rainy season but it won't rain all day.

I haven't been to St. Lucia but based on St. Vincent and Barbados, you can expect a couple of (very) heavy showers most days in the rainy season. You'd have to be quite unlucky for it to rain all day but it's not unheard of.

Do you mean August this year or next? You might not have time to go through all the legal formalities by next month, regardless of which country you choose.

Consider this local resort.

Also St.Lucia has 2 seasons: Wet & Dry. The wet being the 6 month hurricane season. St.Lucia is further south in the Caribbean chain, so fortunately St.Lucia has been spared. Anyway if is the Wet season ... it's still very possible to have dry weather and lots of heat!
