Does anyone here have any ideas or commements on the reasonable price of typical tours such as Borobudur, Pambannan temple+city tour?
I have already enquired these questions with the local tours on the internet. They usually set these tours (one day temple tour + city tour) at about US 85, I think it is too much.
Any ideas?

There got a lot of travel agency at Yogya town area.
There price there offer is cheaper than the price you get just now.

An alternative is to hire the taxi driver you had taken from the airport to the hotel just to bring you around but still free you to do your own exploration. You'll have to bargain of course but it should be more economical.
