| Bonn | 1985 museum exhibit Posted: Fri July 27, 2007 09:08 AM UTC
I visited a mueseum in Bonn ( I believe) in 1985. I remember a King Tut exhibit as well as a snake exhibit. The snake was in a long glass case. It had apparently died while consuming a large wild boar.
My question is- do I have the correct museum, or is it a different one. I was only 12 years old at the time, so it is difficult to remember. Thank you for your time. Sincerely, Michelle |

There is the Museum Koenig - a zooligical research museum.
http://www.museumkoenig.de/ This is a rather well known museum (and the "birthplace" of the Federal Republic of Germany). Than there is the small Egyptian Museum in Bonn http://www.uni-bonn.de/en/The_University/Museums_a Both could have been however well temporary exhibitions. Esp. the king Tut one. There was a big Tut-ench-Amun one 2004/2005 in Bonn. I remember also one in the 80s when we made a school trip to Munich. Maybe this one was later also in Bonn.
