Hello,

I am not very sure of the climate in munnar at that time.I had been there last year in july and it was our luck to have no rains at that time!
The places we visited were-

Tea museum - gives u the history of tea plantation
Devikulam - 17kms from munnar town, a temple at the top of a hill
Mattupetty Dam - 20kms from Munnar town( the indo-swiss live stock project)
Kundla lake and dam - famous for golf course( boating is also allowed here)
Lock Heart Gap - Known for adventure tourism and trekking
Echo Point - known Natural echo phenomenon of the place( i loved this place)

There are others places that we were not able to visit. Chinar Wildlife sanctury,Roaring waterfalls, bloosom park, anayirankal resevoir etc.

I don't know how u planned to come, but i think you have to take a train from b'lore to cochin.from cochin You will have to go by bus or hire a cab. There is no railway option to click on.:(. Its a 5 hrs journey from cochin by bus.

I am sure you will be able to enjoy your trip to munnar.Have very nice stay there.

Best Regards
Soup
