taxi please!!

hi to you all,
does anybody know the current rate for a taxi from bangkok airport to hua hin?i know a bus runs from the south terminal,but obvisously you have to get there,is this situated in bangkok city?any info would be greatly appreciated.

Very comfortable and save is a limousine from the Airport, about 2 1/2 hours - from Bht 4500 - 7000 (last year)

rate above seems ok as I have seen the quoted rates in back of taxis

But use the bus! just as quick almost a sa taxi and dead cheap. also will see more of thailand life

Beware some taxis in bankok are in very poor condition. the saspension is no more the seats are worn, air con does no work, it feels like your butt is dragging on the road. plus they stink of cigarets. ok for short trips 3 hours to Hua hin.is it worth it? your decision have a g/day Grumphy
