| Phnom Penh | price range for renting in PP? Posted: Tue July 24, 2007 04:13 PM UTC
I'm moving to PP for a while and I'd like a general idea of how much it is to rent a place in the area.
..or perhaps be directed to someone/webpage that can tell me. Thank you very much! |

I cant help you with the rentals exactly, but I can recomend a good friend that runs a Tuk-Tuk. He is reliable, Honest(!), speaks english and can take you anywhere around PP. He's pretty resourceful & I bet could help look for rentals or other tasks. His name is Borith 012 395046
PP is a fascinating town. Good Luck -don

You could rent a nice room with fan and bathroom for as little as $50 per month, add costs of water and electricity. A villa in Tuol Kork with swimming pool and air-conditioners might cost $2500 (or more) add water and electricity. You can find anything in between.
You might consider serviced apartments. Consult http://www.taxivantha.com/2_Phnom_Penh/25.htm and work the links
