Split Ferry Split-Ancona
Posted: Tue July 24, 2007 03:56 PM UTC
I'm planning to take the night ferry from split to ancona on august 15. I think i need to book in advance, but i can't find any such option on the jadrolinija website. I'll be arriving in Dubrovnik the 11th and in Split in the afternoon the 15th, so I have time to get the ticket after arriving in Croatia, but I really think I need a to book earlier than that to be sure to get a ticket on that date. Any advice on how i can book or buy a ticket from abroad?

I'd also be happy for advice on the cabins. What are the couchettes like? Are the cabins more comfortable/safer?

Try the other company serving this route - they have the possibility of booking online.

Thank You :)

It is possible to buy a ticket through a Jadrolinija european travel agency listed below :

http://www.jadrolinija.hr/default.aspx?dpid=1340

Even if you're not in France for instance, give a call to Euro-Mer and give them your Visa card number. They will promptly send you the ticket by postal mail.
They charge this service less than 10 euros.
