Presume you are going by public transport not private car?
if so then there is a bus that goes from Sevilla to Marbella - think it's either LOS AMARILLOS or PORTILLO bus companies that run this route. Takes around 4 hours and you go via Ronda. Cost single about Euros 15. Best to go to the bus terminal at Prado de San Sebastian in Seville and get a ticket. just searched and it seems there is a daily Amarillos bus that leaves at 8am.
