My best mate's been having a hard time of it lately, so I'd like to do something nice for her for her bday in September. We're actually going to Germany for a two week holiday on her actual birthday, so I thought I could find something for us to do in Manchester before our flight.
She's a hippy spirit at heart and loves horses and music. Any ideas much appreciated!!! Thanks |

You could always see if there is a gig on or go to some cool bars in the Northern Quarter. Gig venues include Night and Day, The Ritz, The Roadhouse or the university has gigs too.
