I would like to know how to go, preferably by bus, from the airport to Duke of Richmond hotel at cambridge Park and then to Hirzel House, then on to Glategny esplanade and then on to where Safeway supermarket used to be.

Thanks

Bus routes on Guernsey are pretty good and reasonably priced. You can check their website for info on routes and stops: http://www.buses.gg/routes.asp?route=all

Ther's actually a pretty good map location on their website.
I don't think there's a buss passing the hotel.
Bus 4 is probably your best bet, but they don't run that often:

http://www.buses.gg/timetable.asp

You'll have to ask the driver were to get off best, and it will be 1/4 to 1/3 mile walk still.

You can always take 7A into town, but then you would still have to take another buss and walk. Walking from the busstation might prove a bit more then you bargained for ^_^ (uphill)

I don't know Hirzel House; Hirzel Street you can walk via Les Buttes, Candie Road, Ann's Place and then it's on your left.

Again, Glategny esplanade you can walk. Simply head on to the coast and it will be to the left, past St Julian's Pier.

And I think route 3(A) should take you past Rohais, and that's where Safeway is (was?). You can catch 3(A)opposite St Julian's Pier.

Busses don't go frequently and if you don't know your way, you may well take all day for this itinary. Best get a buss timetable straight away at the airport.
And study the timetable on the net.
Good luck and enjoy Guernsey!
