| Darwin | 12 hours in Darwin Posted: Tue July 17, 2007 01:37 AM UTC
We (my wife and a 1yo son) are flying into Darwin from Brissy to catch a Tiger Airways flight to Singapore, which takes off 12 hours after we arrived in Darwin.
Is there any place that offers day-stay or hourly rates for us to have some rest before the next flight? |

No one else has replied, and I haven't heard of a place like that, so perhaps you should try the NT Tourism Commission. Their contact details are on their web site - www.travelnt.com/en/contact/

Everything is booked pretty solid at the moment, best suggestion would be to get a Taxi to Casuarina square shops -- at least it's cool and you can wander around and have a coffee or a meal.
