I would like to know if there are buses from Varna airport to Sunny beach or Bougas.Is there a timetable available ?

Hi. What I am almost 95% sure is that there are no direct buses from varna airport to anywhere. You should probably even wait about an hour for a bus to varna itself :) First of all - here is the tel. number of a good taxi company in varna - call them and ask for a taxi from the airport to the bus station.(+35952) 500 500. Don't take the taxis which wait at the airport - they'll probably charge you almost three times more. Then - when you are at the bus station you'll see the timetable there, usually there are buses to burgas and sunny beach very often, especially during the summer, at about 1, 1.5 hours.
