I am on vacation in Concon and would like to know if there is anyone else who speaks English in this area? I will be here for the next four weeks. I find it a very beautiful place. I am staying in an apartment here and would like to talk and meet others in the area.

I've been there two years ago... but isn't a little bit cold these days. is it?

You could try the Asociacion Cultural Chileno-Britanico in Vina del Mar ..
