| Lagos | Accomm in Lagos Posted: Thu July 12, 2007 10:52 AM UTC
Hey,
Now that I know where's hot to surf I am looking to see where is good to stay? The plan is to appease the drinkers amongst us and do two nights on the beer in Albuferia then head down to Lagos for about 5 days mainly for the Surf in nearby Sangres. Is it possible to pick up cheap and cheerful accommodation in Lagos or should this be booked in advance? Ideally we would be looking for a cheap B+B for about €30 per man per night in late August. Also is there a bus to the beaches in Sangres or is it better to rent a car? I am guessing you can rent boards on the beach. Cheers, Will |

Transport-wise I advise a car.
The best surfing beaches are north of Sagres and there is no bus services to the area. As regards accomodation depends when you are coming. Don't count on renting boards on the beach.
